Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Return Eligibility

Items may be eligible for return or exchange if:

  • They have not been worn, altered, or damaged

  • Original packaging is included

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving the order

Items showing signs of wear, resizing, modification, or damage may not qualify.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by JayC Diamonds & Jewelry Inc.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear.
